This bachelor thesis mainly deals with the creation of a web-tool for subjective evaluation of quality of video in initial and repeated video loading and buffering. The simulation of adaptive streaming, focused on buffering, is performed on the basis of scenarios created in the database that are randomly generated and implemented into the aforementioned web-tool. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the analyzation of different types of streaming, streaming services and QoE service (subjective and objective evaluation). Two basic methods for the subjective evaluation (laboratory method and crowdsourcing) are described in more detail. At the end there are analyzed data received from measurement. Results are put into graphs with a description of subjective evaluation MOS.
Possibilities of use of questionnaire WHODAS 2.0, regarding physiotherapy of patients with diagnosis of Central Hemiparesis
Matiaško, Dušan ; Sládková, Petra (advisor) ; Rodová, Zuzana (referee)
Bachelor's Thesis Abstract Autor: Dušan Matiaško Supervisor: MUDr. Bc. Petra Sládková, Ph.D. Title: The possibilities of use of questionnaire WHODAS 2.0, regarding physiotherapy of patients with diagnosis of Central Hemiparesis This Bachelor's Thesis deals with the issue of subjective assessment of disability in patients with central hemiparesis. Objective testing cannot comprehensively capture an individual's overall experience stemming from his/her health condition. On the other hand, subjective evaluation using the WHODAS 2.0 questionnaire, provides specific information about the most problematic areas of their life as experienced by the individual. This allows the examiner to directly address these issues and achieve a better therapeutic effect. Alternatively, it may also lead to acknowledging that the appropriate solution lies within the expertise of other specialists. Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to outline the impact of a rehabilitation program using the WHODAS 2.0 questionnaire in all its defined domains. A secondary goal, is to compare the use of the 12-item and 36-item versions of the WHODAS 2.0 questionnaire in relation to physiotherapy. A third objective is to create a short instructional video on the practical application of WHODAS 2.0. Methods: In the practical part,...

Methods: A quantitative research with empirical elements was employed in the practival part of the thesis. The sample consisted of the SK Slavia Praha U11 (10,85±0,24) players (n=29). The level of specific football skills was evaluated with slalom tests and Loughborough Soccer Passing test. The fitness level was measured with linear runs (10 and 20 meters), standing long jump, agility and yo-yo intermittent test. Subjective player rating of their performance was measured using a scale questionnaire for coaches. Results: Performance groups "above-average" and "average" showed a great difference in technical skills in comparison to the performance group "below-average". This was not confirmed in terms of fitness. The results in 10m sprint test, 20m sprint test and agility test were comparable. There was no confirmed difference on the team level in technical skills or fitness between the First Team and the Future team. Conclusion: The questionnaire for coaches...
